Pilates with Ivana
Starting June 22 | Mondays at 7:00 PM
Join Ivana for a welcoming and supportive Pilates program designed to improve strength, mobility, posture, and body awareness. Classes will alternate weekly between a Beginner Pilates class, focused on foundational movements and proper form, and a more dynamic Pilates Flow class that incorporates full-body movement and optional light resistance.
Led by a Kinesiology graduate and future Respiratory Therapist, Ivana combines evidence-based movement with a passion for helping clients build confidence, stability, and strength through mindful exercise. Suitable for all fitness levels, with modifications provided throughout.
Summer Series: These classes will be offered throughout the summer and can be attended using your existing class pass or by purchasing individual classes.

Join us Wednesdays at 7 PM for our new yoga class, a perfect midweek reset to move, stretch, breathe, and unwind.

Our next GLA:D® Canada program starts September 2026. Designed for those living with hip or knee osteoarthritis, this evidence-based program combines education and exercise to help reduce pain, improve strength, and support confident movement.

Postpartum Rehab for Mothers – New Program begins September 2026
- This 6-week program offers mothers a chance to come together in a group format to focus on recovery & strengthening postpartum.
- The program includes an initial chiropractic assessment (60 min) and 6 clinical group exercise sessions (60 min each).
- Program runs once a week for 6 weeks
- Assessment required before the first group session. Must be 6 weeks postpartum.
