Supporting healing, improving quality of life, and helping clients build sustainable habits that last.

Nutrition plays an important role in nearly every aspect of health. The foods we eat provide the nutrients needed to heal tissues, reduce inflammation, maintain muscle, support hormone health, regulate blood sugar, optimize energy, strengthen the immune system, and promote recovery. When nutrition is optimized, it can enhance the body’s ability to heal, improve treatment outcomes, and support long-term health.

Meet Aimée, RHN & CPT

Aimée is a dedicated Holistic Nutritionist, graduate of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, Health Coach, and certified personal trainer.

For many clients, working with Aimée complements the care they are already receiving through physiotherapy, chiropractic care, massage therapy, and osteopathy. Rather than serving as an add-on, nutrition coaching extends the work being done in the treatment room by providing practical strategies, education, and accountability between appointments.

Known for the warm, genuine connections she builds, Aimée takes the time to listen deeply and understand the full context of each person’s life, health history, and goals. Her approach goes beyond food, integrating nutrition with sleep, stress management, movement, nervous system health, and lifestyle support to create strategies that feel realistic and manageable.

Building a Personalized Treatment Plan

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to health. Every client receives individualized support based on their goals, lifestyle, health history, and current challenges.

Treatment plans may include:

Nutrition recommendations are personalized to each client’s health goals, lifestyle, family routines, and budget. Guidance may include building balanced meals, increasing protein intake, supporting blood sugar regulation, reducing inflammation, navigating digestive concerns, and creating sustainable eating habits that fit everyday life.

Practical meal planning strategies are designed to fit each client’s lifestyle, with guidance for meal preparation, grocery shopping, dining out, travel, busy work weeks, family meals, and social events, making healthy eating realistic, enjoyable, and sustainable.

Rather than changing everything at once, treatment plans focus on small, manageable actions that build confidence and momentum.

Coaching may include:

  • Identifying barriers that keep clients stuck
  • Creating realistic goals and action steps
  • Developing routines that fit individual lifestyles
  • Problem-solving setbacks without guilt or perfectionism
  • Building consistency through accountability and regular check-ins

Treatment plans may explore how sleep quality, chronic stress, nervous system regulation, pain, and recovery influence energy, cravings, motivation, and overall well-being.

Depending on individual goals, progress may be monitored through food patterns, meal timing, energy levels, digestion, sleep quality, movement habits, body composition, blood work, and recovery. When helpful, apps, food journals, symptom trackers, and habit-monitoring tools may be incorporated to increase awareness and support long-term success.

If appropriate, Aimée reviews current supplements and provides personalized recommendations based on health history, medications, symptoms, dietary intake, and goals.

Health isn’t linear. Ongoing coaching provides opportunities to celebrate successes, troubleshoot obstacles, adjust strategies as life changes, and continue refining treatment plans so they work for real life.

Choose the Level of Support That’s Right for You

Meaningful improvements in health don’t happen overnight. Lasting change comes from consistent support, education, and practical strategies that help clients build habits, overcome obstacles, and create routines that work in everyday life.

Follow-up appointments are designed to keep clients moving forward. Each session builds on the previous one by reviewing progress, celebrating successes, addressing challenges, and answering questions as they arise. Together, practical strategies are refined, habits are strengthened, and treatment plans are adjusted to reflect each client’s goals, lifestyle, and progress. The focus is always on creating realistic, sustainable changes that clients can maintain long after their treatment plan is complete.

Client Journeys

Finding Relief Through Small, Sustainable Changes

From living with chronic inflammation and digestive issues to better sleep, improved energy, and healthier habits that helped her feel stronger, healthier, and more in control.

Nancy came to nutrition coaching hoping to reduce inflammation, improve her digestion, and better manage the symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis and menopause. Like many people living with multiple health conditions, she had tried different strategies over the years but still didn’t feel like she understood what her body needed. She wasn’t looking for another diet, she was looking for a plan that made sense for her life.

Her nutrition treatment plan focused on creating a strong foundation through consistent meals, increased protein and fibre, improved hydration, and simple, sustainable habits that fit into her daily routine. Rather than trying to change everything at once, the focus was on small, manageable changes that helped her feel supported and build confidence over time.

Over the following two months, Nancy noticed less bloating, more regular digestion, better sleep, steadier energy, and fewer pain flare-ups. But the greatest change wasn’t physical. She developed a healthier relationship with food and greater confidence in understanding what her body needed. Instead of striving for perfection, she learned to trust herself and build habits that became part of her everyday life.

Taking Back Her Independence

From osteoarthritis and limited mobility to moving with greater ease, building healthier habits, and improving her quality of life.

Susan came to nutrition coaching because she wanted to lose weight, improve her overall health, and feel more like herself again. Like many people living with osteoarthritis, inflammation, and ongoing aches and pains, she felt like her body was holding her back. She wanted more energy, better sleep, less discomfort, and the freedom to enjoy life.

Instead of focusing on another diet, Susan’s nutrition treatment plan focused on small, everyday habits that supported her health and fit her lifestyle. This included building balanced meals, increasing protein, improving hydration, supporting digestion, reducing inflammation through nutrition, managing stress, improving sleep, and creating realistic routines she could maintain over the long term.

As Susan continued working with her physiotherapist and building these habits, the small wins started to add up. She lost 7 pounds, her digestion improved, she was sleeping better, and she became more consistent with movement. She also noticed that climbing the stairs, getting in and out of the car, and walking farther were becoming easier.

Susan’s journey is still unfolding, but each small change is helping her move with greater ease, feel stronger, and get back to doing more of the things she loves.
