Bioginnastica® Group Classes with Valerie Rolf von den Baumen

This gentle, mindful practice combines foam-ball self-massage, conscious breathing, music, and aromatherapy to re-educate the body and mind. Slow, guided movements improve posture, mobility, and circulation while easing stress, fatigue, tension, and other common discomforts, supporting overall body, mind, and energy balance.

GYROKINESIS® Cardiovascular Breathing Class with Valerie Rolf von den Baumen

A movement experience, where breath creates movement and movement creates breath. This is very much a cardiovascular class, but not in the usual sense of the word. Led by Valerie, participants carry out tapping and percussion to free the organs, which then stimulates the entire cardiovascular system. Following the class you will feel both energized and relaxed.

10-Class Pass — $200

(expires in 6 months)
A flexible option for those who want consistency. Use your 10-class pass for any class we offer, with six months to enjoy all your sessions.

Class Cancellation Policy
All class cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class. If you cancel after the 24-hour window, one class pass will be deducted from your account – under the prices for the classes.
