Located in Ballantrae, our interdisciplinary clinic brings together a team of passionate, highly-skilled healthcare providers-including physiotherapists, chiropractors, massage therapists, osteopathic manual therapists, and naturopathic doctors.
We believe in building strong, supportive relationships with our patients and working together as a team to create individualized treatment plans that promote long-term health and vitality.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Licensed registered massage therapist, in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of clinical experience, but new graduates are welcome to apply if they demonstrate a strong passion for integrative and collaborative care.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with patients and work effectively within an integrated team.
- Holistic and Patient-Centered: Strong dedication to whole-person care, utilizing a holistic approach to healing through a variety of therapeutic massage techniques.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively educate patients and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
- Critical Thinking: Ability to think critically and apply evidence-based practices to develop personalized treatment plans.
