It’s hard to believe, but on November 6th, PT’Movement officially turns 5 years old!
What started in Ballantrae with just 3 team members and 2 services—Physiotherapy and the GYROTONIC® Method—has grown into something truly incredible. Today, we’re a team of 17 passionate practitioners, offering 8+ health and wellness services to our surrounding communities.

Gyrokinesis Flow with Vincent Alayo

Bioginnastica® Group Classes with Valerie Rolf von den Baumen
This gentle, mindful practice combines foam-ball self-massage, conscious breathing, music, and aromatherapy to re-educate the body and mind. Slow, guided movements improve posture, mobility, and circulation while easing stress, fatigue, tension, and other common discomforts, supporting overall body, mind, and energy balance.

Yoga Flow with Jenna Smith and Meghan Paul
Step onto your mat and let your body move, stretch, and breathe freely. This yoga flow invites you to release tension, awaken energy, and reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm. Each pose and breath is designed to cultivate strength, flexibility, and inner calm, helping you leave the class feeling centered, energized, and present.

GYROKINESIS® Cardiovascular Breathing Class with Valerie Rolf von den Baumen
A 60-minute movement experience, where breath creates movement and movement creates breath. This is very much a cardiovascular class, but not in the usual sense of the word. Led by Valerie, participants carry out tapping and percussion to free the organs, which then stimulates the entire cardiovascular system. Following the class you will feel both energized and relaxed.

GYROTONIC® Pulley Tower for Beginners — Small Group (4 Participants) with Vincent Alayo
This 60-minute beginner-friendly session introduces participants to the foundational principles of GYROTONIC® using the Pulley Tower equipment. In a small group of three, you will learn to coordinate breath with movement, improve spinal mobility, and build strength and flexibility in a safe, guided environment.
