Meet Aimée, RHN & CPT

Aimée is a dedicated Holistic Nutritionist, graduate of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, Health Coach, and certified personal trainer. She commonly supports individuals navigating weight changes, low energy, digestive concerns, hormonal shifts, stress, and busy lifestyles, especially those feeling overwhelmed by conflicting health advice.

Known for the warm, genuine connections she builds, Aimée takes the time to listen deeply and understand the full context of each person’s life, health history, and goals. Her approach goes beyond food, integrating nutrition with sleep, stress management, movement, nervous system health, and lifestyle support to create strategies that feel realistic and manageable.

By combining personalized nutrition and lifestyle coaching with strength training, Aimée helps clients build resilience, support metabolism, and feel stronger and more confident in their bodies. Fitness Coach & Personal Trainer

Aimée is a certified personal trainer who helps clients build strength safely, confidently, and sustainably. Her approach focuses on proper movement, gradual progression, and functional strength that supports metabolism, joint health, and everyday life.

She currently leads a Foundations of Strength class at the clinic every Wednesday at 10:00 AM, offering a supportive, beginner-friendly environment for learning strength training fundamentals and building confidence with weights.

Perimenopause Nutrition & Fitness Program

This 4-week virtual program is designed for those navigating perimenopause who want clear guidance and practical strategies to support their health during this transitional stage. The program combines nutrition advice tailored to hormonal changes with movement strategies that focus on strength, mobility, and overall wellbeing.
